PCB assembly
SMT and through-hole, single or double sided, leaded or lead-free. Prototype quantities through production runs, with AOI and functional test where the design calls for it.
Cable & harness
Discrete wire, ribbon and overmolded assemblies built to a wire list or drawing, continuity tested and labeled per end.
Mechanical & enclosures
Printed, laser cut, machined, sheet-metal or off-the-shelf enclosures modified to fit — including inserts, standoffs and panel graphics.
Box build & final assembly
Boards into housings, harnesses dressed, firmware loaded, serialized, tested, packaged and ready for the shelf or the field.
