Before you submit

How accurate is the instant price?
For STL and OBJ uploads we measure the real mesh volume, surface area and bounding box, then apply the same material, machine-time and finishing rates our shop uses. Prices confirm unchanged in the large majority of cases. Where geometry changes the plan — very thin walls, heavy support needs, an oversize part — we tell you before you approve anything.
What happens to my file?
Measurement happens entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded until you submit the request. When you submit, the file travels with the quote so our team can review it. We do not share customer geometry, and we will sign an NDA on request.
Which formats can you read?
STL and OBJ are measured instantly. 3MF, STEP, IGES, DXF, SVG, AI and PDF can be attached to the request and we confirm the volume or cut path on review — enter a bounding box in the meantime for a ballpark.
Why is there a minimum order?
Setup, file review and inspection cost the same on a one-gram part as a large one, so orders are quoted from $35.00. Adding quantity is usually the cheapest way to use that minimum.
Do you quote assemblies, BOMs and fulfillment?
Those are quoted manually because they depend on component availability and labor scope. Send the BOM or drawing package through the contact page and we will come back with a costed quote, typically within one to two business days.
What is not included in the price?
Shipping, duties and applicable sales tax. Design work, reverse engineering from a physical sample and custom color matching are quoted separately.
